DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at DANIELLE@getcuffed.com with your order number and clear photos.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Items reported outside of this window will not be eligible.
SHIPPING
We are not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delays caused by carriers
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Once an order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
